Completed Carbon Reduction Initiatives
The following environmental management measures and projects have been completed or implemented prior to this report in January 2025. These schemes below have contributed to a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.

2. Restructurin of Care Worker teams around designated zones to redue travel to work and on shift.
3. Creation of “walking rounds” which do not need cars to travel between care calls.
4. Encouraging a continuation of virtual meetings in lieu of face-to-face attendance.
